Meet the Teacher
I graduated Cum Laude from Texas Tech University in 2009 with a Bachelor's of Music in Percussion. This is my 14th year teaching elementary music and I love being a part of the San Jacinto family and Deer Park community. I have obtained a Level III Kodaly Certification and I am also a certified Orff-Schulwerk teacher.
I am an active member of the Texas Music Educators Association, The American Orff-Schulwerk Association, and the Association of Texas Professional Educators.
It is my goal and passion to create a love of music for all my students; to nurture our young musicians so that they may be musical for a lifetime!
