PARKING

We have staggered visitation times to help with crowds and parking. We will make extra parking available that day, but it will still be a challenge. Grandparents who have a difficult time walking long distances may need someone to drop them off and pick them up.

SCHEDULE
Reception Times
*The reception time for grades K, 1 and 3 will be from 8:15-9:15 AM.
*The reception time for grades 2, 4 and 5 will be from 10:00-11:00 AM.

We ask that grandparents not arrive early or stay late. Your cooperation with the schedule will make the day enjoyable for all and be greatly appreciated. Grandparents may enter through either set of doors in the front or back by the cafeteria. Staff members and volunteers will be on hand to assist them.

All visitors will have to check in using our normal procedures. Please let grandparents know that they will need to show picture ID upon arrival. Guests with no picture ID will not be allowed to enter.

Refreshments will be served in the classroom areas. We apologize that we cannot invite you for lunch, but we simply do not have space to serve a group this large.

Since the reception is early in the day, we ask that grandparents not check the students out of school for
the day after the reception is over. This request is also for security reasons.

PICTURES

Pictures will be available and photographers will be set up in the gym. The picture price is $5.00 for two copies of one pose (cash only). Pictures will be mailed at a later date.

PARENTS

Parents, this event is not for you. We know crowds will be very large, which can sometimes become uncomfortable for our guests. For that reason, we respectfully ask that you not attend unless you are serving in a volunteer capacity.
